I’m Sara Loomis, a certified disordered eating coach, a certified fitness professional, and a sushi lover.
My life used to consist of tracking macros, over exercising, emotionally eating, feeling guilty, hating the reflection I saw in the mirror, and going on countless diets. Because of this, I missed out on precious time with family and friends because 80% of my thoughts revolved around fearing food + hating my body.
After years of struggling I had a HUGE breakthrough. It’s not about the FOOD. When I came to that realization and started learning what it’s really about, I stopped emotional eating, restricting, and broke up with dieting for GOOD.
It’s my mission to help guide you back home to your body and to support you through deep healing modalities so that you can get to the true ROOT cause and heal your food + body struggles just like I did. This is why I have created my unique Body Image Breakthrough Method which uses an unconventional approach that has created sustainable long lasting transformation for myself and my clients so that you never have to re-start another diet again (or spend another dollar on a “quick fix” scam).
