Hey love! I’m Sara. I am so grateful you are here. I am a certified Food Freedom Coach with a BS in Psychology and Health. I have had the honor of coaching dozens of women to find freedom and end the battle with food and their bodies.

I finally came to a realization. I always thought it was a lack of willpower but that wasn’t the case at all. It went so much deeper. After realizing that I didn’t have to do extreme workouts or have a 6 pack of abs to be happy a huge shift started happening. I ended up losing the extra weight without any diets and was able to find sustainable happiness.
